TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of courses, programs, audio lessons, videos, exercises, tests, communities, and other digital content offered under the name The Path to Awakening through the Podia platform.

By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or using one of our programs, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. NATURE OF THE PROGRAMS

The Path to Awakening provides educational content focused on spirituality, metaphysics, personal development, meditation, subconscious reprogramming, and related subjects.

Our programs are primarily delivered as audio courses. Depending on the program, additional videos, exercises, questionnaires, tests, written material, or other supporting resources may also be provided.

The number of courses included in each program is stated on the program page or at the beginning of the program. The Path to Awakening undertakes to provide the number of lessons advertised for the program purchased.

2. EDUCATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL CONTENT ONLY

The content provided by The Path to Awakening is educational and spiritual in nature.

It does not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or any other healthcare service.

The Path to Awakening does not conduct medical assessments and does not replace a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Anyone experiencing a medical or psychological condition should seek assistance from an appropriate licensed professional.

3. NO INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise, purchasing a program does not include an individual consultation, private interview, personal diagnosis, private spiritual assessment, or meeting with the teacher or The Path to Awakening team.

The purchase concerns access to the digital educational program described on the sales page.

4. ACCOUNT CREATION AND PERSONAL ACCESS

Courses are hosted through Podia.

Each student must create and maintain his or her own account using a valid personal email address and personal login credentials.

Access is strictly individual.

The student is responsible for keeping his or her login credentials confidential and for ensuring that no other person uses the account.

The student must not share login details, verification codes, or course access with another person.

5. EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD

The email address used when registering or purchasing must remain accessible to the student.

The Path to Awakening may have access to account information made available through the Podia administration interface, including the email address associated with the customer account.

The Path to Awakening does not receive or view the student’s existing private password in readable form.

Password recovery, authentication, security verification, and technical login systems are provided through Podia.

Podia provides password-reset mechanisms, and technical security measures may temporarily restrict access when unusual activity or repeated failed login attempts are detected.

Students remain responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with their account.

If a student loses access to his or her email account, forgets login information, or experiences a Podia authentication issue, The Path to Awakening will provide reasonable assistance when possible but cannot guarantee recovery of an email account controlled by an external email provider.

6. TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY

The Path to Awakening intends to maintain access to purchased programs according to the access period stated when the program is purchased.

However, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, cybersecurity measures, updates, internet failures, Podia outages, migrations, force majeure, or circumstances outside the direct control of The Path to Awakening.

Where technically possible, reasonable steps will be taken to restore access.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original courses, recordings, audio lessons, videos, texts, exercises, teaching structures, documents, graphics, methods, and educational material produced by The Path to Awakening remain the intellectual property of The Path to Awakening or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a program gives the student a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access the material for personal educational use.

Purchase does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

8. STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES

Students may not reproduce, record, copy, republish, distribute, resell, exchange, upload, transmit, publicly broadcast, translate for redistribution, or commercially exploit the course material without prior written authorization.

Students may not share their account with friends, family members, partners, clients, groups, communities, or any other third party.

Students may not record the audio or video courses for redistribution.

Where a lesson is made available only for streaming, the student must access it through the authorized platform and may not circumvent technical restrictions in order to download it.

A violation may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

9. ONE PURCHASE, ONE STUDENT

A course purchased by one person is intended exclusively for that person.

The fact that another person lives in the same household, is a spouse, child, family member, friend, colleague, or client does not authorize that person to use the purchaser’s account.

A separate enrollment is required unless The Path to Awakening expressly provides otherwise.

10. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The applicable price is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment services connected to Podia.

The student is responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Any taxes legally applicable to the transaction may be added or collected according to the rules applicable to the purchaser and the transaction.

11. REFUNDS AND EUROPEAN RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Because these programs contain digital content made available online, special rules apply to European consumers.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions. Digital content may lose that withdrawal protection once performance begins when the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate access and expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal.

Accordingly, where permitted by applicable law, before receiving immediate access to a paid digital program the customer may be asked to confirm:

“I expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the applicable withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that once access to the digital content begins, I may lose my statutory right of withdrawal.”

Once this legally required consent has been properly obtained and the digital content has begun to be supplied, including access to the first protected course, The Path to Awakening does not offer a voluntary refund merely because the student changes his or her mind, stops participating, does not complete the course, or no longer wishes to continue.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer remedy that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to digital content that is defective, unavailable, or materially different from what was promised.

12. COURSE CONSUMPTION

For the purposes of our refund policy, a course may be considered accessed or consumed when the student’s account has been granted access and the relevant protected digital content has begun to be supplied or accessed, subject always to mandatory consumer law.

The Path to Awakening may use available platform records to determine course access and account activity where relevant.

13. PERSONAL RESULTS

The Path to Awakening does not guarantee a particular spiritual, financial, emotional, professional, relational, or personal result.

Results depend on many factors, including participation, personal circumstances, interpretation, practice, consistency, and factors outside the control of The Path to Awakening.

Testimonials or examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results.

14. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

Access may be suspended or terminated if a student shares an account or course material without authorization, attempts to circumvent platform security, unlawfully reproduces content, uses the platform abusively, commits fraud, or seriously violates these Terms.

Where required by applicable consumer law, any mandatory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

15. PODIA

The courses are delivered using technology provided by Podia.

Certain platform functions, including account authentication, password resets, security checks, hosting, transactional emails, and technical availability, are operated partly or entirely by Podia.

Podia may temporarily restrict access when unusual activity, repeated failed login attempts, or other security concerns are detected.

The Path to Awakening is not responsible for failures caused exclusively by Podia, internet providers, a student’s device, external email providers, or other services outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law imposes responsibility.
